Kanda is owned and operated by Krista Smith and Anthony Bogdan. Most people ask where we got the name Kanda. Basically, it is the combination of the initials of our first names..."K and A." We discovered it while trying different names for our photography service, and it just kind of stuck.
We are a father and daughter team with a passion for photography, graphics, and imaging. Striving for nothing less than excellence in our work, we make customer satisfaction our number one priority. Working together we bring years of expertise and creativity to all our sessions. We provide professional level post production work (photo-retouching and enhancing), and can create a look and feel that will give your photographs that fashion magazine quality.
Whether shooting your wedding or your portrait, both of us will be there. One assisting the other, or both shooting photos. Either way, you get the combined expertise of two photographers at your session.
Capturing the emotion of your special event, the individuality of children and adults in portraits, creating that unique image that becomes not only a photograph to display...but a work of art to cherish forever. These are the things we love doing. As artist, we are never happy with our work unless you the customer are completely satisfied.
