Mary+Tim 05.23.10

We were blessed to cover one of the most beautiful weddings, in one of the most beautiful venues in Baltimore. Built in 1866, the Tremont Grand is such a hauntingly, gorgeous venue in which to get married. We were blown away by the architecture, early 1900's paintings, stained glass windows, the library and even the famous women's restroom... it was all exquisite. This venue was truly a photographers dream. These are the moments when we really wish we had more time to take photos. But we know it's still a wedding and we squeezed in as much creative shots as we could in the time we're given.

We have known Mary for over 15 years. So, not only were we her photographers, but we're pretty close to being family. I remember trying not to tear up seeing Mary's sister zipping up her stunning Watters & Watters gown. She looked absolutely breathtaking! We knew Tim was thinking the same thing
when his face lit up as her
                                                                                   father walked her down the
                                                                                   isle.

And I must say they had one heck of a rockin' reception afterwards. It seemed that every age group really enjoyed getting out of their seats to let loose. Our favorite part of the reception was when Mary's 88 year old grandfather put down his cane to get up and dance with all the beautiful ladies.

Congratulations Mary & Tim! We hope you enjoyed this sneak peek of your wedding images. We can't wait to share the rest with you! And thanks again for allowing us to be a part of this special day!
